Art
has always been my main interest. I started my art career at the age of
twelve when I sold my first painting, and have been painting ever since.

I
attended the Highschool of Music and Art in N.Y.C. I received full scholarships
from the Art Students League, and the Brooklyn Museum School of Art in
N.Y.C. I also attended the Philadelphia College of Art.

In
1989 I moved to Hawaii, and in 1992 to Maui. My work has been exhibited
at the Banyan Tree Gallery in Lahaina, Alpha and Omega in Paia, Morning
Star Gallery in Kihei, the Mayors Exhibit at the state building in Wailuku,
and the Kazuma Gallery at the Maui, Arts and Cultural Center where I received
honorable mention from the Maui writers conference competition. I have
also exhibited and sold my work at Napili Kai Beach Club in Napili, the
Sheraton and the Hyatt in Kaanapali.

My
favourite media is acrylic which I use like oil paint on canvas, or like
watercolors on paper. I love the scenic beauty of Hawaii and try to capture
        this in my paintings.

I
am currently designing t-shirts for Silk Graphics in Kahalui.
