Margot Trout
Margot Trout was born in Waterbury, Connecticut in 1937. She was educated at the Rhode Island School of Design where she received a BFA in painting with the distinction Rhode Island School of Design Scholar. She also holds an MA in art education from Hunter College of the City of New York and an MFA in painting from the University of Massachusetts. During the early part of her career Ms. Trout taught part time at the Phillips Exeter Academy Summer School, the University of New Hampshire, Holyoke.
