Artist's Notes
Castle Dunollie, an ancestral home to the
MacDougall clan - the family still lives in a 18th century home behind the historic site. This castle is a wonderful 12th century ruin high on the cliff side overlooking the sea. All the monotypes of Dunollie Castle are created from onsite studies taken during several trips to Oban, Scotland.
