YAIRPORT

OFF GRID TRANSPORT HUB + SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY

YAIRPORT
A commmunity, not just a hub.
For construction near the coast in West Sussex, England, this YAIRPORT features south facing buildings designed according to our OKADIA principles.
For a sense of scale, the REKARRY fillmarket is 50m wide x 50m deep x 50m tall, whilst the whole facility would be approximately 0.75km x 0.75km.
(Shown here reduced to 0.5km x 0.5km for illustrative purposes.)

View over the WHEELS garage
View from above the WHEELS electric vehicle charging and storage car park. Isn't it purdy?

ORNI perching tree
ORNI perching tree with integrated mini wind turbines. An elevator with large viewing windows takes passengers to and from the perches.

YAIRPORT at night
Night time illumination, including large navigational waypoints to assist when manually flying an ORNI. The waypoint monoliths contain batteries charged from solar panels and wind turbines located around the YAIRPORT.
